    KitchenCUE offers standard delivery, via USPS & UPS. You can expect delivery of your order within 5-7 business days after your order leaves our warehouse.


    Shipping charges are calculated for each individual ship to address. Please refer to the shipping and handling chart for charges per shipping address. Weekend and Holiday delivery is not available.


    Shipping and Handling Charges


    Shipping and Handling charges are calculated based upon the total cost of merchandise in your order to each individual shipping address. The following shipping and handling charges apply to products pictured and described on our web site and to online orders from our catalogs. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency.

  • RETURNING MERCHANDISE:


    In keeping with software industry standards, we will gladly accept returns of packaged software within 30 days of purchase in unopened packaging only. The return must be accompanied by your original receipt. In this state, a full refund of the amount paid (excluding shipping and handling) will be issued.


    Please enclose the following information to allow us to process your return quickly and accurately:

    Software that has been opened may only be replaced with identical software within 30 days of purchase. KitchenCUE recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to KitchenCUE or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.     Debit card authorization takes place the day after the order is placed. Once authorized, funds are reserved for 7 days. Payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships.
